Who you’ll work with

I’m Chad. From the first walkthrough to the handover, you deal with the person who designs and builds your enquiry journey or your shop. There are no account managers in between, and the person who answers your WhatsApp is the person who knows your project.

Why jewellers, and why enquiries

A bespoke engagement ring or a remodelled heirloom is rarely bought from a web page; it is bought after a conversation. Many jewellers already have websites that bring in enquiries, but what happens next depends on who is free to reply. I build the part between “send” and a booked consultation, and online shops that are designed around how jewellery is actually bought.

Where I am and when I work

Karma-Tech is based in Cape Town, South Africa, one to two hours ahead of the UK depending on the time of year. I work during your business day, in UK English, and set everything up for UK customers, from ring sizes to delivery information.

What I won’t do

I won’t promise new traffic or guaranteed sales, and I won’t invent reviews, results or client work. Ostelle is clearly labelled as a concept store, and the Sales System demo as sample data. When real client projects are finished, they will appear here with the clients’ permission.
